VISION

Nortehanon 2040: Marig-on, Mainuswagon, Malipayon

This vision is a six-year concept envisaging the ideals and aspirations of the provincial government toward its constituents. By the year 2040, the Nortehanons are foreseen as Marig-on (strong) leading a healthy lifestyle, sickness-protected and disaster-resilient; Mainuswagon (progressive) achieving a sustainable and globally-competitive economy; and Malipayon (happy) enjoying a harmonious, comfortable, peace-loving and ecologically-balanced community.

MISSION

“The PGNS shall provide the necessary leadership and create the appropriate environment conducive to growth and development by mobilizing and harnessing each resource and building a culture of resilience and disaster preparedness to ensure the realization of its vision for the Nortehanons.”
