The HR Department aims/seeks to:
- Provide quality and prompt service to employees and clients
- Provide adequate and appropriate personnel to different departments for the achievement of departmental functions and responsibilities
- Provide HR interventions to enhance/improve productivity and efficiency of provincial employees
- Provide information and recommendations to management on organizational development concerns.
